One platform fee, then per-employee rates that step down as you grow. You pay for employees managed on the roster. Logins are unlimited and free, so every planner, supervisor and viewer who needs the live roster can have it.

Bands apply to total headcount: employees 21-50 are charged at £8.50 even when you have hundreds, so the effective per-employee rate falls as you grow. The £200 platform fee is the monthly minimum. For 20 or fewer employees the monthly fee is £200.

We haven't assumed anything here about how much of that Roster Proof takes away. That's a number we'd rather measure with a customer than guess. This is simply the size of the job being done by hand today.
The small print, in plain sight
- All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.
- Charged per employee managed (rostered people), not per login. Logins are unlimited and free.
- An employee counts when they have at least one rostered shift in the month, counted once however many departments they appear in.
- The £200/month platform fee is the monthly minimum.
- The annual commit discount is 15%, applied to the annualised monthly total when you pay a year in advance.
