What it does
Your rules are visualised
The grid marks where someone can't legally be rostered and refuses anything that breaks a rule. Authorised users can override.
Create custom rules
Working Time Regulations included from day one. Rest rules modelled on Network Rail, ready to apply. Easily add custom rules. No formulas, no developer, no waiting for a release.
Fatigue and Risk Index
Every shift on the grid shows its Fatigue Index score as you plan, calculated the way the HSE's published calculator does it. Search for anyone at or above a score you choose, and set rules that warn or block when a shift reaches your industry's recommended limits.
Roster against roles
Switch the roster around so each job lists the roles it needs, such as a COSS and two track operatives, with the person's name on each shift. This helps you see what work is needed and when.
Simple to use
Pick a job, then click each cell to assign a shift. Drag to move. Ctrl+Z to undo. Everyone works on the same live roster and sees each other's changes as they happen.
Every change is recorded
Every shift placed, moved, updated or deleted is written to a permanent log: who did it, when, and the values before and after. All searchable by person, job and date.
Export to Excel
The roster and its full change history download as spreadsheets.
Works with your other systems
Work owned elsewhere, such as HR-approved leave, appears on the roster automatically, marked as belonging to the system that sent it and protected from accidental edits. A web API reads and writes shifts, so the roster stays in step with whatever you already run.
